Daniel C. LinehanDaniel C. Linehan

Clinical Director of The Cognitive Change Center

Daniel Linehan is a fully certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapist who’s effectively counseled numerous individuals, couples, and families. Daniel helps patients of all ages help deal with depression, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, anger management, relationships, and family conflict. The populations that Daniel specializes in are “Failure to Launch” young adults who behave in a more adolescent way and have difficulty transitioning into the “real world”.

Daniel is known for his direct, engaging, and interactive style and warm approach. He can sense what his clients are thinking and feeling, and shows compassion and acceptance when listening and interacting. He is not the type of therapist who sits back and nods his head. Daniel challenges his clients, engages them, and gets positive results. Daniel does not believe clients should be in therapy forever, but instead feels it is his job to teach clients life skills to help them cope on their own and lead self-fulfilling lives.
